Argyll have been trading since 2003 completing a wide range of projects encompassing listed buildings; basement conversions; high end residential refurbishments; traditional and timber frame new builds. During 2016 Argyll will build nr.7 new passivhaus units on an Island in East London with a CLT superstructure.
Argyll have worked for commercial clients including Harrods and have undertaken numerous projects on a property in Belgravia that laid claim to being the most expensive residential property in the world. Argyll are a small company with excellent staff retention bringing personal attention, professional rigour and a structured approach to managing complex bespoke building projects.
Projects are undertaken via the traditional tendering route; design & building, project management and as development partnerships. The partnership approach involves working with clients and their professional team from the outset to build a specification to a budget. Packages are priced as they’re developed allowing the client and contractor a deeper understanding of the design intent, cost base and available options. Designers, clients and contractor work as a team from the outset. Argyll can also potentially connect developers with investors.

Ben established Argyll with youthful optimism in 2003. Ben’s objective is to develop the business focusing on quality rather than quantity; maintaining and training staff and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Currently Ben is studying for his NEBOSH and passivhaus accreditation.
