“The property was one of Notting Hills few remaining un-renovated mews houses . The project involved major structural alterations including the installation of 21 steel beams, the existing first floor was rebuilt at a lower level allowing for a ‘suspended’ second floor, stable doors were bricked up and replaced with sash windows. The property was fitted out to a cutting edge design with wet under floor heating to the ground floor, glass radiator covers in the upper floors, an open tread oak staircase interlinking the floors and the use of top end fixtures & fittings throughout. The value added to the property was in the region of £900k with a contract value of approx £ 300k.”
