“Argyll renovated two adjoining townhouses on Southwark Bridge Road. The properties had been left open to the elements after 30 years without occupation and were in a state of extreme dilapidation. Both properties were strip back to the bear brick shell with the removal of all timbers, plaster & render. New services & roofs were installed the basements were dug down & tanked, significant structural repairs were carried out to the shell before the bricks were cleaned and the properties were fitted out as 4 storey family homes. The value added to the properties was in the region of £1.2m with a contract value of approx £ 410k.”
