Starting on site in April 2016 we’re building 7 new passivhaus units on Island in East London. There are 2 new houses and 5 apartments along with the refurbishment of the existing lock keepers house. Achieving the world’s leading low energy standard building on an Island in London will be an exciting challenge. The project is designed and managed by Roberts Tregeur one of London’s most innovative architectural / property development companies.

“Argyll have completed a new basement and an extension to a family home for me. They have really set the standard for Residential Building Contactors, providing a level of quality and delivery, which is rarely seen throughout any job, in this industry. Well Done!!”

Case Study

"Argyll were pro-active, friendly and very approachable. The project, now complete and on budget was undertaken with great enthusiasm and commitment. The quality of work which included all fittings and finishes is a great example of restoring a very derelict property back into prime condition."
Stephen Hurrell – Architect - South Bridge Road
“A fantastic working relationship and understanding the designer’s approach ensured that the terms of the building contract were adhered, followed by outstanding quality of workmanship. Argyll went out of there way to satisfy not only the client but also ourselves to accommodate even the smallest level of detail and workmanship on more than a few occasions.”
Ali Palizi – Architect - Fulham, Ealing, Hammersmith, Chelsea
